Returns

We currently do not accept returns of teas or tisanes. For handmade ceramics and teaware, small variations in size, form, texture, etc. are considered normal and not considered defects.

If you an item is broken during transit, please contact us at olivia@gonggitea.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
